Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa


Explore Jokhang Monastery and Barkhor Street , a key religious site founded in 650 AD, where you can observe the vibrant atmosphere created by the pilgrims





Day 2:  Culture Exploration


Norbulingka Park is the winter Palace, which is also the best place to find Lord Derby's Parakeet


Visit the stunning Potala Palace, which boasts over 1,000 rooms and provides breathtaking views of Lhasa.  Drepung Monastery, the largest in Tibet, and immerse yourself in its rich cultural heritage.





Day 3: Birdwatching in Xiongse Monastery


Xiongse Temple, located southwest of Lhasa, holds a significant place in Tibet as the largest nunnery dedicated to Tibetan Buddhist nuns. This temple not only serves as a spiritual center but also as an important cultural site, reflecting the unique role of women in Tibetan Buddhism.


In addition to its religious significance, Xiongse Temple is an excellent spot for birdwatching enthusiasts.
